Yes, we offer shipping across the globe, all tracked and fully insured.

For enquiries of a international orders, please email for a shipping quote. Where delivery address is known, we can provide an estimate at point of order confirmation and this will be added to your quote.

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All orders shipped within the UK are already inclusive of VAT by default.

Please be aware that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. Due to quantity, size and value, shipping costs vary. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.

How long it will take to get my order?
Please allow 2 weeks production time and delivery.

Products not available in stock and purchased with pre-order will be shipped when they become available. This case delivery will be with you in approximately 2-3 weeks. Estimated shipment date or period for pre-order is indicated on our website when you place the order. When products become available they will be allocated with priority and shipped first to pre-orders.

How will my order be packed?
Casa di Lei packaging meets its zero waste targets by recycling and using neutral colours also aim to lessen the impact on the environment by avoiding harsh dyes and chemicals that can be found in brighter colour ways.

Each item in your order will be delivered in one of our elegant Casa di Lei signature boxes which is perfect enhancement of a gifting experience.


Cashmere is one of the finest natural fibres in the world. By its very nature is precious and delicate fibre that requires a little more care.

Each Casa di Lei Cashmere product is made with care and tradition. To give your product lasting luxury, we advice you follow few simple guidelines for cleaning and protection against moths.

Before storing Cashmere professional specialist dry cleaning is recommended as moths are attracted to body oil, perfumes and other scents of the home.
Specialist dry clean only. Take extra care if removing labels. It is best to store your item in a breathable cotton zipper bag or pillow case within a linen closet stored with an alternative moth deterrent of lavender and/or cedar. Keep away from the fire.


In Casa di Lei we pride ourselves by always aiming to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a returns for store credit exchange only for an unused, undamaged product, in original condition, with product tags attached and all packaging included, within 7 days of your receipt. You must let us know of your intention to return a product via email at within 14 days of it being received by you. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Orders of bespoke or personalized products made to your specifications cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

When the products are delivered to you, it is important that you check the condition. If the products have been damaged in transit, you should notify us via email immediately at

We select only the highest quality materials for our products. Ageing is a natural characteristic of the cashmere. Wear and tear of the products due to normal use is not a defect and a product returned for wear and tear will not be accepted.

We shall not accept defective product returns unless we have agreed via email that you may return them. You shall tell us by email to that you would like to return the products including a copy of the purchase receipt indicating the purchase date, and giving details of the defect or reason for return.

If we agree that the products are defective, we will repair or replace the products free of charge and bear the cost of return carriage and cost of shipping repaired or replaced products to you.

If we repair or replace the products, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.


All the conditions, warranties or other terms implied by the law of any Country other than England and Wales are excluded from this agreement to the extent permitted by law.

We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to: the quality of the products; any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the products for a particular purpose; the correspondence of the products with any description; the adequacy or appropriateness of the products for your purpose; the accuracy of any content on our website; the non-infringement of any right.

We are not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Except in the case of liability for personal injury or death, our liability under this contract is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of the products you have purchased.

This agreement is made only in the English language. If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of this agreement and any version or translation of this agreement in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.

The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree that any dispute arising from it shall be litigated only in England and Wales.
